Listed here is a truly exceptional Yugoslavian SKS, chambered in 7.62x39. This example is by far the best condition SKS we have ever had come through Bay State Surplus—an absolute standout for both shooters and collectors! Manufactured around the early 1980s, this rifle features all of the classic Yugo upgrades, including the unique grenade (aerial) sight and integral folding bayonet.
The hardwood stock and metal finish are both in amazing condition, with barely any signs of use or storage wear. The bluing is rich and deep, and all markings are crisp and clear. The action cycles smoothly and all components are tight and fully functional. It’s rare to find a Yugo SKS preserved this well, making it an outstanding addition to any collection or surplus rifle lineup.
The photos show the exact rifle you will receive—no surprises, just an impressive example of Yugoslavian craftsmanship. As always, we have function tested and inspected this firearm, but not live fired it.
If you’re looking for a near-pristine SKS with all the Yugo military features, this is the one. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need more info on this amazing Yugo SKS!
