Offered here is a Remington Model 742 Woodsmaster semi-automatic rifle chambered in .30-06 Springfield. The photos show the exact firearm you'll receive.
The 742 was Remington's autoloading deer rifle for a generation—a fast-handling gas-operated woods gun in the most proven big-game cartridge in America. Detachable box magazine, iron sights, and quick follow-up shots for tracking whitetail through the timber. This one wears a LimbSaver recoil pad and even has a compass set into the grip cap—a proper deer-camp rifle.
Good used condition with strong bluing and sound, honestly-worn wood.
We have visually inspected and function checked this rifle, but it has not been test fired.
