Here we have a Romanian WASR AK chambered in 7.62x39, in great condition. This rifle features classic AK reliability and rugged Eastern Bloc heritage, making it a popular choice for enthusiasts and collectors alike. The firearm was lawfully possessed by a dealer for retail purposes in Massachusetts on 8/1 when H4885 went into effect. On paper, it is completely legal for MA residents to own; however, due to recent legal changes and the convoluted status of pre-8/1 rifles, we will not be able to complete the transfer at our shop. Instead, it must be transferred through an alternative shop. This rifle has been sitting in legal limbo for too long so we are letting it go for a discount, but It is the buyers responsibility to find a dealer to transfer. All functions have been tested and are as they should be. Please examine the photos to see the exact rifle you’re considering. For questions or more information about the transfer process, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

The enforcement of the Long Gun Roster has been postponed until the roster is officially released, and the release date remains uncertain.
