Up for grabs is a vintage 1967 Ruger 10/22 chambered in .22LR, presented here in truly excellent condition. They aren’t lying when they say, “they just don’t build them like they used to.” This early production 10/22 features a gorgeous, glossy factory finish on the hardwood stock and all metal components—none of the plastic parts found on newer 10/22s. When you place this classic side by side with a modern production rifle, the difference in craftsmanship and quality is immediately obvious.

All parts function absolutely as they should and the bluing on the barrel and receiver shows minimal signs of age for a rifle of this vintage. If you’re looking for a superior example of the iconic 10/22, whether for your collection or as a shooter, this one is a standout.

As always, we have thoroughly inspected and function tested this rifle, but have not live fired it. If you have any questions or would like additional pictures of this beautiful early Ruger 10/22, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at Bay State Surplus!
