This Lever action Marlin 39A appears to be in very good condition for its age, all internal components appear to be in perfect working order with little wear.  Of course its age shows on the outside a bit with the finish wear you would expect from a 55+ year old rifle, but as you can see from the photos the original bluing and original wood finish is well preserved.  As a bonus, the original scope that came with the rifle is included and is also in well working condition.
